Delaware is where we build

We build in all three Delaware counties, and we will look at work just over the Maryland line case by case. Delaware is the focus, and that is deliberate. Knowing a county’s soils, inspectors and subcontractors properly is worth more to you than being vaguely available everywhere.

Common questions

What should I include in my first message?

Whatever you have. A town and a rough square footage is enough to start. If you own a lot, the address or tax parcel number helps us a great deal, we can pull up most Delaware parcels before we even call you back.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes, including the first site walk. We charge for design work once you decide to move forward, and we will tell you clearly at what point that starts.

Do you work with my architect or my own plans?

Happily. Bring a finished set and we will price it. Bring a concept and we will help finish it. Either way you are not forced through an in-house design department.

How soon can you start?

It depends on our current workload, because we deliberately cap how many homes we run at once. Call and we will tell you honestly where the next slot is rather than promising a date we cannot hold.
